A standalone beauty, the Meinders Garden Terrace is a striking ceremony altar shaded by crepe myrtle trees overlooking the east side of the property and lower lake. While the terrace doesn’t require a great deal of embellishment, a touch of flare personalizes your altar and sets the tone of your ceremony. No matter the style or season, draping, florals, fixtures, and all creative details are celebrated at the Gardens. These 3 styled renditions are some of our recent favorites.

1. Draped Florals and Greenery Paired with Crystal Chandelier

Simplicity meets chic in this love affair of draped greenery and florals with a sophisticated crystal fixture. We love when brides get creative with ceremony lighting. And with electricity on the terrace, string lights, and chandeliers are all welcome. To make this wedding even more special, the bride, Chelsea is the Rentals Manager here at the Gardens. She and James had the most lovely ceremony… complete with biodegradable confetti!

2. Romantic Draping

There’s nothing more elegant than dreamy draped linen. Keep it simple or add some floral details. Miranda and Landon kept things simple with a touch of whimsy with their arbor drape from Marianne’s and they couldn’t be a sweeter couple!

3. Hanging Floral Wall

Tony Foss is a boss in all things florals. We love this hanging installation of eucalyptus with white and yellow blooms from Megan and Andrew’s romantic garden wedding last October. This floral wall takes the Meinders Garden Terrace’s “backdrop of beauty” to a whole new level.
