Annual Fund

Great News for the Gardens!

Our generous Community Board member, Bob Meinders, is matching each donation to the spring annual fund appeal dollar-for-dollar up to $7,500! Your gift is vital to help us create and maintain beautiful garden spaces as well as offer a wide range of programs and activities. Over 64,000 visitors participated in a Myriad Gardens sponsored program this past year. With nearly 200 separate activities occurring year-round, there is always something to enjoy at the Gardens. Here are a few examples what your donation makes possible:

  • A new “Bird and Butterfly Prairie Garden” is currently being planted at south entrance of the Crystal Bridge.
  • We are creating a new mini-orchard and small fruit demonstration area in the Children’s Garden.
  • Our upcoming music series, Deep Roots, is sure to delight music lovers of all ages!

We are a quarter of the way to the match amount. Now we need your help to make Bob’s matching dollars go all the way! Will you consider making a gift to the Gardens’ Spring Annual Fund Campaign?

With the match program, your donation will go twice as far and have twice the impact. Thank you for your support.

Double the impact of your gift! Contact your Human Resources Department to find out if your company will match your charitable contribution.

Gifts to the Endowment and Planned Giving

The Myriad Botanical Gardens hosts one million visitors each year. To ensure world-class horticultural displays throughout the gardens and vibrant educational programming for children, families and garden enthusiasts, please consider an outright gift or leave the Myriad Gardens Foundation in your will or estate plans with a planned gift.

The Myriad Gardens Foundation has a permanent endowment fund which is managed by the Oklahoma City Community Foundation. Donations can be made online through the OCCF website here.
