Is the Children’s Garden open to the public during my party?
Yes. Unless, you rented an after-hours party during a spring or fall festival, the playground and garden outside of your designated rental is open to the public.
Can I rent out the entire Children’s Garden?
Two months a year during spring and fall festival seasons, after-hour rentals of the entire Children’s Garden are available. The remaining 10 months, the Children’s Garden remains open to the public and free of charge.
What are the Children’s Garden hours?
The Children’s Garden is open from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
When is the Thunder Fountain open?
The Thunder Fountain is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
How do I reserve a party?
Contact the Myriad Gardens Rentals Department to confirm an available date to begin your contract. A confirmed contract must be in place to pay for your party. Payments can be made in person at the front desk in the Crystal Bridge Lobby, over the phone or with a credit card authorization form.
I have invited more than 20 guests to my party, is this okay?
As the Children’s Garden is a public space, more than 20 guests can attend your party. However, the Children’s Garden Pavilion is best suited for parties under 30 due to seating availability.
How early can I setup decorations?
Up to 30 minutes before your party. However, your party cannot start until your designated time. Myriad Gardens support staff will also utilize this 30 minutes to clean/setup your rental.
How much time do I have to clean up after my party?
Up to 30 minutes after your party.
Can I bring outside food and beverages to my party?
Yes. However, there is no grilling on site and no alcohol allowed in the Children’s Garden.
Who will greet me when I arrive to setup for my party?
A Myriad Gardens Ambassador will greet you upon arrival. If you ordered any add-on items, they will deliver these items to you as early as 30 minutes prior to your party. While a Myriad Gardens Ambassador is onsite for your party, they are not exclusive to your party.
Does Myriad Gardens have any decorations I can use outside of the Items Included list?
No. But you’re welcome to bring your own as long as they do not damage Myriad Gardens property. No nails, or anything that would damage rental space surfaces are prohibited.
I am a Myriad Gardens Member. Do I receive a discount?
Yes. Myriad Gardens members receive a 10% discount off their reservation. This discount does not apply to Add-on Items.
Can I rent the Children’s Garden Pavilion for events other than children’s parties?
Yes. However, the same Children’s Garden Pavilion rules apply.
